Refund policy

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your product(s), without giving any reason and without incurring costs, except for the return shipping costs.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods.

2. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

3. RETURN OF PRODUCTS

Products must be returned:

In their original, unused condition
With all original packaging, tags, and accessories
Within 14 days of notifying CARTE NOIRE of your withdrawal

Please note that products that are damaged, used, or missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the products unless otherwise agreed.

4. REFUNDS

Once we receive the returned product(s) and confirm they are in compliance with the conditions above, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date the returned items are received.

Shipping costs originally paid are non-refundable, except if the product is defective or incorrect.

5. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If your product is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered:
